The Board is putting to Members a Vote during the General Meeting on 5 Nov 26.

The Board is Proposing:

1 - Purchase of 4 boxes of Aluen Cap, at an estimated cost of $3,000 (including freight),

   - Purchase of Ziplock bags (cost included in above estimate amount),

2 - Breaking down the boxes into 16 strip bundles (4 treatments),

   - Sale of the 16 strip bundles to Members (via Store), (Amount TBA, estimate $40/bundle) with all proceeds to the club,

3 - A Member Hive Day (TBA, with demonstration); with members to assist in breaking down & bundling the strips.

Paid-up Members are entitled to 1 vote on each numbered item above, per Section29.(1)(e) of the BABSI Constitution.

Members who are unable to attend the meeting, you can cast your vote, in the affirmative or negative for each of the numbered items above, by email to The Secretary, at  brisbanebeekeepers@gmail.com prior to 5pm on 5 Nov 26 or, via a signed Proxy vote at the meeting.
