Hi, I’m asking for advice - is this frame capped enough to extract? Not really sure if you’d say it was 90%.

yes I would crack the front third then the second third and finally the whole frame. The reason being is that you dont want excessive flow as the outflow tray isn't deep enough to carry a deluge of honey at one time and will overflow into the base of the box, wasting the honey from your point of view
