Hot Toddy

Ingredients:


500ml The Balvenie Double Wood (or your favourite Whisky).

100g Honey

100g Sugar

150ml fresh Lemon Juice (lime also works, for a twist)

3 large Cinamon Sticks

Home Made Honey Butter and Crumpets

Ingredients


450g plain flour or (Bread Flour if available)

350ml Milk (Luke Warm)

5g Dried Yeast

1tsp Baking Powder

Honey Labna

250g Greek or Natural Yoghurt full fat is best

¼ tsp salt

100ml Honey

Mix Salt and honey into Yoghurt thoroughly and place in a cheese cloth or similar cloth and tie with string.

Hang for minimum 12 hours.
