Hot Toddy
Ingredients:
500ml The Balvenie Double Wood (or your favourite Whisky).
100g Honey
100g Sugar
150ml fresh Lemon Juice (lime also works, for a twist)
3 large Cinamon Sticks
5 Whole Cloves
1 Star Anice Pod
5 Sprigs of Lavender
Method:
Put all ingredients in a re-sealable bottle and give it a good shake.
Allow to sit for a good week before using, to infuse.
To Prepare:
Pour 50-60mls of the Toddy infusion into a mug and top with 150mls of hot water.
Garnish with a lemon (or lime).
