Honey Labna
250g Greek or Natural Yoghurt full fat is best
¼ tsp salt
100ml Honey
Mix Salt and honey into Yoghurt thoroughly and place in a cheese cloth or similar cloth and tie with string.
Hang for minimum 12 hours.
For a thicker cheese hang for 24hours.
Serve with salads or as a different icing for Carrot cake.
